I am appalled that there are so many bad reviews. Who cares about the wait if it's a fire sandwich?? This is one of the best sandwich spots I've ever tried and you guys are nuts for complaining about waiting when the food is so good. This isn't a restaurant, it's a deli style shop. I got a prosciutto de parma sandwich with their homemade mozzarella and it was unreal. Thank you guys
Theres lots of sensitive reviews here calling the food delicious and the staff rude. Well they're half right! Look you're not here to make friends, and the staff's attitude is fine, this is my fourth or fifth visit and I haven't seen anything like what people complain about here. You're here for good food, and you're in the right place. The sandwiches and sides are all top notch, sure I haven't tried them all, but I want to. If your only complaint is that the staff is rude then just stick to chick fil a. You try gluing a smile to your face all day long while throwing delicious sandwiches together for hours and hours for ungrateful customers with victim mentalities because they didn't give you a hug before taking your order. This place is a gem and we need more like it.
People need to stop b*tching. All the bad reviews are because of sensitive LA people who probably asked for some weird shit and changed up the menu. This place is old school. Reminiscent of the "Soup Nazi" episode of Seinfeld, step up, give your order, and go. Also see a lot of people complaining that the owner was rude because they tried to bring their dog in. I'm glad there are still some places that take this level of care and cleanliness. The staff has been nothing but nice on ever visit. Lastly for the people complaining that service is slow. Don't think you realize this isn't subway. Now that that's out the way, the sandwiches are delicious. The kitchen club has to be my favorite. I've also had the Turkey club which was good, and the kitchen panini which is also excellent.
Mom and pop place to grab some food. I wanted omelette so the staff made this breakfast burrito without tortilla, came with a salsa and a guacamole. The flavor was really good, I dived into the gooey egg omelette, with cheese inside and on top! So satisfying...
